Cancellation and Return/Exchange Policy information specifically for all products and services from the The Optik Studio Online platform at www.theoptikstudio.co.za.

Cancellation Policy

If you have placed an order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact the The Optik Studio Online Customer Service immediately at 010 006 667 (9:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri) or send an email to info@theoptikstudio.co.za. 

If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been processed, you will receive a full refund for the value of the amount paid.

No cancellations on orders already processed 

Return/Exchange Policy

Please call The Optik Studio Online Customer Care on The Optik Studio, or send an email to info@theoptikstudio.co.za, to arrange any returns.

Purchase Orders

  1. Exchanges/Returns are strictly not permitted on any purchased orders after 7 days. 
  2. Exchanges/Returns on online orders will be permitted within 7 days of product received.
  3. Returns are only permitted on Manufacturing Defaults
  4. Exchanges/Returns are subject to a handling fee
  5. Guarantees of manufacturing defaults will be determined by the supplier and not The Optik Studio. 
  6. All decisions are at the manufacturers discretion. Should the manufacturer agree to return/exchange any goods, you will be fully liable for any shipping costs, both to return the product and receive the new product. All queries are sent to the specific manufacturer and may take 3-16 weeks to resolve
  7. Should any items have a manufacturing defect, ensure that an explanation along with clear images are sent to The Optik Studio via email or Whatsapp. 
  8. Should it be necessary to return defective goods, please take note of the following:
  9. Such goods must be returned with all original packaging materials within 7 days (Calculated from the date goods have been received)
  10. Before returning an item, please notify us by emailing us at info@theoptikstudio.co.za; Any goods returned without notification will not be accepted 
  11. Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a traceable carrier to The Optik Studio Returns with address: Shop 7, 15 Lakefield Avenue, Benoni. Fees applicable for the courier and insurance is at the clients liability. 
  12. The Optik Studio will not be liable to return/refund any items due to a manufacturing default. As per (4) All decisions are at the manufacturers discretion.
